Event Decor

To those clients who are engaging our services for event decor we will be charging a consultation fee of $125.00 per consultation. The consultation is the first step toward securing a partnership between the client and Social Ice Tables & Events. Our main objective at the consultation will be to gain the clients ideas in detail and capture them on paper. Also, at this time we can also offer our experience to help you in selecting professional and trusted vendors.

Within 5 working days you will receive your quote. Upon receiving the quote the client has 10 working days to engage Social Ice Tables & Events for their event as long as the expiration date of the quote is still outside the minimum of 90 days or less. If it does fall within this range we will charge an extra 15% of the original quote to the balance.

When you engage us as your decor designer, Social Ice Tables & Events will credit back your consultation fee on your final bill as our way to “give back” for the opportunity to be a part of your event.

Consultations are by appointment only.


As soon as you decide what you would like an ice sculpture at your event, please place a booking at your earliest convenience. We recommend at least 2-3 weeks in advance. We can only deliver a limited number of ice sculptures a day, and we don’t like to disappoint.

This time allows us to have your ice sculpture completed and “hardened” before delivery. Your ice sculpture will have a longer show life if it is hardened in our freezers for a couple of days before delivery.

We charge for delivery and require a deposit on non-disposable trays.
